I love Halloween and this wine opener is a wonderful addition to my collection of fun and spooky things for the season. Works well.

We love this product. Every time we have guests over we get so many comments on it. I did have to watch a video to use it the first time, as we were very afraid of accidentally breaking it. However, once we watched the video, we were experts. I've opened probably a dozen wine bottles with at this point with no issue. I'm not very strong, either, but I don't struggle with it or anything.One thing worth noting is that some corks are very long and may take two attempts to remove. We use Vinny once to get the cork out as far as possible, and then we spin the corkscrew in further and pull the cork out the rest of the way. It's no different than any other wine openers we've used in that regard.I've had several guests ask me for the product link so they can get their own. As such, I would say this makes for a decent gift, and the box is very presentable for gifting, too.I will be buying a new one if mine ever breaks.

Ok- so I wanted to love this opener so badly. When I first came across it I knew I had to have. It’s the perfect spooky fun seasonal opener. A cute conversational piece. However, I opened this the other day to open two bottles of wine and found it extremely difficult and thought the opener may break. It was extremely difficult to get the cork out. Will likely resort to my usual corkscrew . :/ perhaps I got a janky model but i doubt it will last long.Updated my rating because of the support from customer service being responsive and helpful!

Used it to open a bottle of beer and opener part snapped right off at base. IDK if manufacturer defect but I expected more out of this product

I bought this for my wife for her birthday, and she loves it. We had just returned home from a trip to Porto (home of Port Wine) and we brought a pretty decent amount of wine back home for her. As fantastic as it looks in the photos, in hand its even cuter. the build seems solid, it's functionality is fundamentally unaltered in any way from a normal one, and the silicon "wings" that attach to the arms and body of it don't seem in any danger of tearing any time soon, though I'd be surprised if they didn't after a couple years of regular use. I'd have given it 5 stars, but for some reason unknown to us, it smelled very fragrant right out of the box, like it was being stored next to something very perfume-y, and I really don't care for that. That said, a good thorough wash and you're good to go. if you like aesthetically cute, mildly spooky housewares, it's a solid recommend from me.
