Dissolves very quickly and completely in hot and cold water. It is pretty much tasteless on its own but I prefer to have it as a hot drink with a spoonful of Bovril in it - mostly because other brands I've tried have had a slight beefy taste. I have noticed obvious benefits to my hair, skin and nails but this doesn't happen quickly - I've been taking collagen supplements for 4 months and it was probably around the 1 month mark that I noticed the benefits to my skin (plumper and glowing) and around 3-4 months that it started showing results in my hair (softer, silkier). I am 66 years old so these benefits are amazing I think. Incidentally you need to be taking 15-20 grams a day to see any real benefits. You won't find these amounts in capsules - they simply would be too big to swallow - so powder is the only way. This brand delivers everything I expect in a collagen supplement at a very competitive price. I will be staying with this one.

On my third tub now as I have been using it for just under a year every morning in my coffee, and my hair feels thicker and sheds far less, helps to heal my skin and my nails are stronger. It has a neutral taste and does dissolve well - occasionally it can clump a little, but I just press the little clumps against the mug with a spoon, which to me is a sign that it’s a natural product and not full of “fillers”. I also take it for my gut health as I have acute SIBO and it’s one of the few things that’s kept my flare-ups pretty stable. Only thing I would say is to be careful when opening the tub as it is full to the brim alas it doesn’t have a protective film. Overall; excellent value use for money!

Great and quick results. I can notice a difference in my hair and skin when I have not been taking it. The flavour is quite strong compared to other brands but I’ve got used to it.
