Looks nice but very very hard to clean
I’ve followed all the instructions on how to look after this I’ve used it 3 times but each time I’ve had to leave it in Soak for about 2 days . I won’t be using again.

Great for crisp pastry bases
I love PME cake tins and this flan tin is fab. I use it to make quiches and bakewell tarts. It heats evenly and gives a lovely crisp pastry base. The fluting is attractive and the tin cleans easily. Great buy and worth the money.
