The Vax SpotWash Duo Spot Cleaner has been a brilliant addition to my home cleaning tools. It's lightweight, compact, and easy to carry around, especially for stairs and upholstery. Despite its small size, it delivers strong suction and removes stains quickly—ideal for dealing with spills on carpets, sofas, and even car seats.I particularly like the two included tools: the Messy Clean Up Tool is great for tougher, less pleasant messes, while the Everyday Tool is perfect for regular spot cleaning. The self-cleaning hose function is a clever touch—it makes tidying up after use effortless.With a 1-litre capacity, it’s enough for small to medium jobs without constant refilling. If you’re after a simple, effective spot cleaner that’s easy to store, this Vax model is well worth it.

Item arrived very well boxed and with very clear and concise instructions. But we found that priming for the first time, did not work if you followed the instructions. We found that putting the unit on a higher up stair and holding the hose end at a much lower level and then following the instructions it made the priming work first time . Apart from that this cleaner is truly a great piece of kit and does an amazing job and leaves behind a very clean carpet which is almost dry but needs maybe an hour or two to be totally dry. But be prepared it’s very noisy in use, and is heavy but not an issue when in use. The cable length is long enough to go the height of the stairs but for us with the placement of our mains plugs required an extension cable. As already said this is an excellent carpet cleaner and whilst you may think that your carpet is clean, as we did, you will be amazed at how much crud comes out of that carpet, especially as we have woofers and we vacuum every other day and daily during the moulting seasons, but the difference really is noticeable. A great purchase, should have purchased this VAX earlier.

Nice and light. The suction is ok. It does the job. The cable could do with being longer if your trying to do stairs.It does come with a small bottle of cleaning solution. Which wont last long.The cleaning port is a great idea in principle. But always seems to leak water down the back of the machine over the power cable, no matter how careful you try to be.The clear plastic nozzle adapter is made to come off for cleaning. But can come of inadvertently. Best to hold onto it whilst scrubbing.Overall good.

Spot cleaner was delivered super quick and delivered with care by royal mail.Got the cleaner new for £92 which was a fantastic price and well happy 😁I used it today and was easy to set up and use, my god it worked amazing and cleaned my car mats just to try it and came up like new considering they are over 12 years old, sucked an amazing amount of dirt out of them and the amazing suction left them almost dry which was so impressive.I got this mainly for my new puppy coming soon as I have new beige carpets and accidents will happen and this is going to be fantastic for keeping everything clean. I had an old stain on the arm of a chair which I was going to replace but this cleaner has brought it up like new again so it has actually paid for itself 10 times over. I'm actually gobsmacked with this.One of the best features is after use you can clean everything easy with the self clean function and everything comes apart to rinse and clean, I just left it overnight to dry, then it's easy to clip the hose around the 3 clips with one of the cleaning heads and the cable has its own bit to wrap around so it's very compact and sturdy, nice size, not heavy and easy storable.I had an old cleaner years ago but the cleaning head didn't come apart and it got full of carpet fibres and dirt and I had to use a knife to stick in to try and clean it, but as I mentioned it all comes apart easy so it's going away completely clean and like new which is a massive selling point for me, as you can maybe tell from this review I'm totally over the moon with this. Love this carpet cleaner, ideal for stairs. I have mainly wooden floors but carpet on the stairs and a few rugs, this cleaner is perfect for my situation. This Company offers this cleaner at a remarkably cheap price, and it is well packed for transport. Good Company to deal with. Thank you

I'm making this review after two years of use. The device still works very well. It's simple to use, easy to clean, and very durable. It meets all the expected requirements. I highly recommend it!

This is an absolute must if you have pets, little ones, or lots of carpet. I got it on sale with the pet attachments and honestly, it’s been amazing. The quality is top-notch, it has a self-cleaning function, and it’s super versatile. You can use any spot cleaner solution with it, and it comes with multiple attachments for different surfaces. Really powerful and makes sofas and carpets mess- and stain-free in seconds.I’ve even used it after soaking stains with vinegar and baking soda once blotted, a quick clean with this and it’s like nothing ever happened. Just keep in mind it’s for small areas, not full rooms or hallways unless you’ve got the time (and the knees!).Only downside is, when it first arrives, activating the spray nozzle is so difficult and takes troubleshooting. Once the you do sometimes it gets stuck or just won’t turn on at all. Might be our specific case but something to keep in mind.

This is a great product, really does the job. I’d already scrubbed a chair twice with vanish spray, although it still looked dirty. I got this and cleaned again and the amount of dirt that came out was shocking. It oddly satisfying to clean though. It dries relatively quickly actually which I wasn’t expecting so I was rather pleased by this. It’s a good size and can be easily stored, so I’d personally say given the great job it did it’s well worth the money. My only criticism is how loud it is, it’s very loud.
