It works great, I had an issue with the first unit leaking co2, but the support was fantastic and they immediately replaced the unit. I haven’t had any problems with the new unit provided. I’m very impressed.

It is as good a it looks. It could be used in a scientific environment. Not that I’m an expert but the materials it is made of seem refined and every control valve works accurately.

Bought this product just over 12 months ago and had a couple of problems with the cable and the solenoid , i replaced the cable a couple of times , decided to complain to F Zone , and got to say the acted great , gave me chance to buy the new upgraded solenoid and wiring at a very reduced price , (unfortunately the 12 moth guarantee had run out ) i have now fitted these and got to say a far more satisfactory product a lot better all round , all working great now

After using this CO2 regulator for a while i am now happy to leave a review, when it first arrived it worked as should, however quickly things changed, the regulator is very sensitive and does not stick to one setting and since swapping bottles over a few times now the dials are out and it tells me a full tank has around 100 in it, spend a bit more money get a decent regulator. I have lost fish from CO2 poisoning from this regulator as it cant regulate properly and has a mind of it own. Buyer beware.

Seemed like a good piece of kit on first receipt, however the solenoid valve (not the coil) had some issues. Customer service offered by Fzone was great, with prompt and helpful responses

Excellent regulator, precise control.Fighter fire extinguisher no problem.You can remove a bubble counter if you don't need two outlets.

The initial unit failed to stop the flow of CO2 through the de-energised solenoid valve seat. Fzaqua were prompt to engage, but cleaning advice made not difference and unit replacement as I requested, was lost in translation, taking a week to eventually resolve a series of misunderstandings. Anyway, the replacement unit worked perfectly out of the box, and Fzaqua were prompt to initiate a refund.In summary, a good, value for money product, but I seem to have been unlucky to receive a faulty one initially, but customer services were very fair and attentive, when misunderstandings were resolved. I would recommend the Fzone dual stage regulator based on price, build quality and customer service.

Needle valves feel so smooth and precise im really impressed. Really solid quality build for so cheap. No other brand on the market give so much for so little. I suspect I was just paying for the brand before. Also you have the option of adding more manifolds for future projects saving me more money, time and effort. Has a very visibly pleasing look with its chrome and brushed aluminum pieces. Was very easy to setup and had it working in 5 mins.
