I love my new copper pans! Absolutely NOTHING sticks to them. The copper color is beautiful and the pans are actually quite heavy duty. I’m no chef, but my food cooks very well in them.

Just got my new cooking set! I have not used them yet! Upon opening though the color is beautiful and the weight of them is great not too heavy but made of good material! I’m happy with the variety of sizes and types of pans/pots. I am slightly disappointed but he square pan as I was expecting it to be larger in diameter and depth so I will still need to purchase another pan. I am also disappointment in receiving my larger circle pan with scratches/chip that are easily noticed as soon as it was opened from the plastic bag “protecting” it. I’m not sure if this will affect the non stick factor but it might. I will update once I’ve used them and see what I think! Stay tuned!

Lightweight, great heat distribution and easy to clean

The utensil set that comes with the pans, especially the spatula, is absolute junk and should not be associated with the Gotham Steel name. I haven't used the pans a lot yet but, so far they are better than advertised and I couldn't be happier with them. I have used all of the pans and covers and they have performed exceptionally well in the cooking abilities and clean up. Absolutely outstanding pan set.

I am familiar with GS - I've purchased GS sets before and LOVE GS. I wanted MORE of them because my son is always using them and leaving them at his 'house' (unattached house on our property - lol).THIS set was AWFUL.First of all, the ones in the pictures are NOT the ones I received AND if you notice, even the pictures (look at the handles in each) are different in every picture. While the original Gotham Steel pans and pots have a thick, almost flat but with a little curve, handle, the ones PICTURED here are NOT all flat ... AND the ones I received were ROUND!!! Now, that doesn't SOUND terrible, except it IS. First, they retain 100% heat (unlike the original flatter handles) which makes you need to use an oven mitt. Well, guess what? TWICE, the pots I was holding with the oven mitt TURNED IN MY HAND!!! The round, slick, thin, HOT handle literally just went with the weight of the food, I guess, and it LITERALLY turned like a doorknob in my mitted hand. LUCKILY I was burned only once because I was wearing pants the last time and I never wear pants! And trust me, this would be a totally different issue if one of our dogs had gotten burned. Anyway, that is just the HANDLES. "AWFUL" does not do them justice.The pots and pans themselves are just visibly different than the originals. You can look at the edges, and SEE how NOT smooth the cut was. No sanding or refining, either. Just ... cheap.LASTLY, the REASON that Gotham Steel is one of the most amazing cookware options there is on the market, is because nothing sticks to real Gotham Steel (at least not for a long, long time and much, much use). THESE, that I am reviewing here, had everything stick to them. Eggs, steak, burgers, fries ... You COULD take a paper towel to it, but with the original GS, one flick and any residue (oily, etc.) would be gone. With these, you have to work to clean it (them).SO, either GS has devolved terribly - which I refuse to believe; or the set I received was just NOT a real Gotham Steel set. It is packed and ready to go back.Amazon - STOP 'hiding' negative reviews. People should have a chance to decide what to invest in based on ALL information at hand - and they WANT to just that, as seen by the upvotes despite my review apparently needing to be searched for. THIS is your top "Negative" Review. Not the three-star one which implies these are 'okay. They're NOT.

Looks great but my large skillet has two small scratches or dents in the center. I don’t want to return the whole box but I can’t find a place to inquire about this.
