Can you adjust from a fine to coarse grind?

The Original Pump & Grind mills were all designed the same way to allow the user to grind salt and pepper with one hand.  The grinding mechanism in our mills is a stainless steel rod that has teeth, as this rod is pushed down through the contents of the mill it creates the grind.  In conventional two-hand operated mills there are grinding wheels at the base of the mill so you can adjust these moving parts to create smaller or larger granulated output, with the Pump and Grind mill there are no mechanisms to adjust. Is it refillable and reusable?

Yes it is refillable / reusable of course, otherwise what good would it be other than a good looking paper weight?  In all practicality this is a compact single hand held and very good looking grinder / mill which is great for the dinner table and quite a suitable replacement for  your standard shakers.  I've had quite a few people inquire about them as they really do look nice.  Also it's great for short term travel and camping trips as well.  These things will pepper / salt 20+ steaks or so when full, so don't let the small size fool you.  So while it's small it does hold quite a bit of pepper corns or salt crystals (we have two, one for each).  One thing to note, this grinder does not have an adjustment on it and is simply a thumb press device, but IMHO they built it well and it does exactly what it needs to for Salt crystals or Pepper corns.Note...  While I love this and totally endorse this product, I would call out it is built for low consumption use, it's a great build quality and we've had ours for years.  However in terms of quantity of output vs. effort spent this is something to consider.  Say if you're prepping 10+ steaks for a BBQ or waiting tables this is not the device you'd want to use as your thumb would turn to jello quickly.  But as far as family or dinner table use it's great and I totally recommend.  Also Bed Bath and Beyond sells these (or did) which is where we bought them with the 20% off coupon.  Just saying...

I am seeing lots of listings offering this mill, what is the difference between this one and one listed for $14.20?

This listing is for the Original which is made of a solid high-quality stainless steel tubing, with only a small acrylic viewing window the others seen on Amazon are copies of our mills, they are made with plastic tubing and a metal sleeve to cover the inner cylinder, there is a big difference in quality, that is why the price for our Originals is more.  By investing in Grind Gourmet Originals you are getting a high quality mill while supporting a US based business, most of the seller of the copy are direct from China. Where is the Reflex pump

Press down on the top with thumb or palm of hand depending on your strength. Also found you shouldn't fill the chamber all the way or it won't work. It's a great little gadget.
