6/5, beyond expectations and without shame
.. .. So perspective.. I'm a pro musician. I'm blessed enough to be a full time musician and a signed guitarist in a big group in the USA🇺🇸, being from the UK🇬🇧 originallySince then. I upgraded my kit. I have a November burst Gibson les Paul and a 60s Jazzmaster, jcm800, strymon big sky, mxr pedals, Cali compressor, etc... I've got some beautiful and expensive kit. 🙏🏽🙌🏽PtlTHIS though......!!!! is proudly sat on my outrageously expensive pedal board...for £25....and I don't plan on letting it go any time soon lol. This is one of the best boosts I've ever used.I use my box of rock boost for Distortion solo boosts, and I'm running this as my seperate clean boost now. It's fantastic. And it does Distortion and clean both equally well. It also works well with an acoustic hooked up too!! I legit got an acoustic pick up on shein lmao slapped it on and it sounds awesome through my PA. Boost seems to brighten it's tone too and more clarity.I find it's quiet too, very little buzzing humming etc and if you do get any noise, a tiny bit of mxr smartgate will sort it. Or a well set up quality compressor like the Cali 76, and again, try use AC set ups from mains instead of running DC. DC sucks for your signal and noiseI now run all AC PSU via my spaceship 60xl AC. Fab.Jazzmaster vintera 60s are "noisy" guitars apparently.... Not mine. It's all about set up. I have next to no sound even with dist on.It's definitely worth the money, easily, no matter your level. It's worth having it even as a back up, it's compact in size, fun and takes your standard power supply. It's great all round.

Good but not perfect
It does wipe noise but at a cost. When you turn it on and have it on the lowest setting it does reduce some background noise but then when you turn the dial maybe 20% it increases noise back to the same level as when it was off! If you have a powerful overdrive/fuzz/distortion pedal then 50% -60% is required. However you do lose a lot of sustain. Anything above 40% and the sustain loss is noticeable. At 70% the guitar is unplayable as the pedal eats the sound of your picking/strumming. I use it at about 50-55% when using a fuzz pedal or with a lot of gain and it works well for chords and lead. However, if I want more sustain I play on a cleaner setting and drop the noise wiper dial back to minimum.**It is worth noting that if you are trying to eliminate a noise from a poor earth/bad pickup/noisy power supply then it will only work to a point. It will kill the hum/noise when you are not playing but as soon as you hit a string you will hear the background noise along with the tone/note being played. This is especially noticeable on a clean sound. If this is your reason for looking to buy I would recommend purchasing an isolated power supply instead (Once you have ruled out bad cables and guitar pickup earth issues that is!)

Small, robust, can create a large variety of ambient and trippy sounds which I love.
I love it. Can create some trippy, psychedelic sounds with this little pedal, as well as plenty of ambient chorus and reverb. Had a good fiddle around with it and made my guitar sound like a church organ. All in all good value for money.

Sorta Kinda Works.
This works ok if all you're looking to do is quieten that 60hz hum that single-coil pickups produce or reduce excess noise created by your EQ if you're using it to drive your clean signal a little, and perhaps for O/D if you're not pushing it too hard, but for distortion effects, it leaves much to be desired. I'm sure there is a sweet spot where you can get the balance right, but I haven't found it, so it either cuts too much or too little from the signal. Try to stack your overdrive with your distortion and this becomes utterly useless. I should have known better than to try to replace a decent noise gate with this just to save a little cash. Still, it will be useful early in the effects chain just to lose the 60hz hum on my Strats and Teles, so not a total loss.

Very nice
Very simple ABY switch and nice sound. The volume is equal on out A and B, even when used at the same time a single mono. Looks very rugged and solid. Impressed overall. I have yet to use it live but i'll update this review once I did but, so far so good and for that price it's unbeatable.

Delay is great
This pedal is very well built, metal case ,The reverb is very sensitive, tiny movement on the pot increases the reverb by loads , also the Reverb a bit mushy , it’s also tricky to get just the right amount. The delay on the other hand is very good.Considering the price this is an awesome pedal .

A great little pedal
Great little pedal! I got because I need more space in my board. Sonicake pedals will be replacing a few others.
