Source Naturals Niacin 100 mg Vitamin B-3, Non-GMO - 250 Tablets

These are 100mg tablets. After reading Dr Sauls book, NIACIN The Real Story I am convinced that I should be taking this vitamin. I started with the 100mg tablet, 3x a day and noticed nothing. I'm now at 200mg, 3x a day and got the flush this morning. Now I understand what the flush is. The tingling starts at the very top of your head, moves down to your face/ears, then the heat starts in your face/ears and the tingling moves down to your neck. The tingling continues in your neck as it moves down to your arms along with the heat. It's a bit more than a hot flash ladies, so know the experience is comparable, but unique in its own way. The tingling goes away in about 5 minutes but the heat continues to linger for a while. I will continue on this regime until I notice no more FLUSH. The book indicates it may take a few days and also states that if I stop taking the Niacin at this dose, the flushing will occur again. I believe this is a genuine product and time will tell soon enough.

Helps you flush your system faster. It may not be a one day quick fix, but, there is no quick fix for THC besides synthetic urine, which is morally wrong as it's cheating and deceit. If you haven't smoked in awhile, it will get the THC out of your system super fast. Good tip, buy some at home drug tests, 50 cutoff level, and every day take 500 milligrams of this when you first wake up, don't eat anything, and go and work out hardcore. Drink a gallon of water over the 8 hour period after taking the pill. Make sure to piss a lot too. I did this and my at home tests went from positive to negative after 3 days. It will eventually flush your system completely clean if you use this. It CAN temporarily clean your system out. It gives you a 6 hour negative window starting 45 minutes after taking the pill. But be wary. If you smoked recently, it might not come negative on a test. Just. Make sure to use plenty of drug tests.

This one is actual fast-acting niacin, presumably nicotinic acid. It works smoothing-out my irregular heartbeat; have been using niacin for a few decades for this purpose. If considering niacin for health benefits, avoid "Niacinamide" formulations or the time-release products.This is definitely NOT medical advise. I only pass along my own experiences.

I tested low for niacin. I wanted a product to bring my niacin level into normal range, not a super dose pill. This fills the bill. I have to cut the tablet down but that is fairly easy. It works. No adverse effects.

New Review (December 28, 2015)Still a 5 star product. Took this 2x a week for 5 months in doses as low as 50mg and as high as 600mg. Great flush. Vastly improved the circulation in my hands for cold weather rock climbing. I could feel the toxins leaving my body. Can feel a definite difference if I drank alcohol or other toxins the week I took this. This led me to a healthier lifestyle as I can feel the toxins leaving my body's fat cells. Overall circulation improved in my hands, face, shoulders, belly, knees, and thighs.Unfortunately it did not improve the circulation in my feet almost at all. :( or my ankles. Perhaps I have an underlying issue there I am not yet aware. And while I think this product helped prevent tendonitis in my hands/fingers when I pushed myself climbing. It did not seem to help much for shoulder and bicept tendonitis.Make sure you take a b-complex vitamin later in the week, eat whole veggies, and maybe a greens powder. Mega B3 doses will use up all your other B-vitamin reserves.Original Review (July 19, 2015)Great flush. Really dilates the capillaries on an empty stomach which is what I was going for. Kind of an intense and exhausting feeling though. Probably will only do it for 1 to 2 weeks instead of 3 months.

I've been using this product for about a month now and am definitely noticing results! I shopped around at local stores but couldn't find any that were in 100mg capsules, so I could start out with a low dosage. I found this one online and am very happy with it. The first day I started with 100 mg, but didn't get a flush. So the second day I increased it to 200 mg and got a flush, and now I take it 2-3 times a day. I notice if I don't eat enough solid food, the flush is very intense. After a good size meal, I hardly experience a flush at all. Sometimes the flush happens within 10 minutes, or up to 40 minutes. It is never consistent but I am happy when I feel it because then I know it's working. It has definitely helped my battle with depression. I first learned about it on the documentary Food Matters and was so hopeful to try it out. Now I'm referring it to others.

uhmm well great product, like source naturals..but (totally on me) I totally had a reaction--a Big one. I, no kidding in the middle of a botanical garden...(having decided to take this for fertility reasons had taken a dose an hour prior to arriving, on an empty stomach: uhmm yaa, didnt do a complete med review like I should have--When suddenly (like w/in seconds) I felt like I had itchy fire ants all over me, I was breaking out in hives/redness all over (VISIBLY wi/in seconds my husband and people around me were alarmed and staring).Having no idea what or that niacin might cause this my first thought was that I was having an extreme allergic reaction ..and since I was in the middle of a botanical garden shuddered knowing gosh only knows here, what might (I thought)have caused this. I seriously have never trecked so fast to my emergency kit to take oral benadryl and try to figure out if I should expect to flag down 911 and or/expect to be intubated. So just a warning...do your due diligence on natural meds as there probably arent alot or reliable resources vs conventional meds to get the information you need before taking them.

This is good niacin, and will give you the niacin flush if that's what you want. I find having food beforehand typically prevents this, if you don't want the flush. Your mileage may vary, of course.
