Ok i know this question was asked however no true answer given. Is it really Keto friendly since it contains corn starch which is not allowed on keto

I think it’s more of a dirty keto because of the corn starch But it does not raise my glucose levels or kick me out of ketosis. I would by an individual bag from the store and try first. My Walmart carries the cheddar cheese and the ranch flavors. They are delicious though.

Is this equivalent to Optavia fueling?

I’m on Optavia. One bag of quest chips equals 1/2 lean.

Are these healthy chips?

Yes. They are very healthy and taste pretty good. They are baked. Excellent protein content. The serving size is the entire bag unlike most chips that are 3-4 servings per small bag. Lets me real, who only eats 1/4 or 1/2 of these small bags in the first place. Nutrition is SO deceiving in this aspect. I have both the ranch and BBQ and pleased with them.
