Require you to cut your original wiring harness to install.
Requires for you to cut your factory OEM harness to change wires 3 and 4. It's not worth risking voiding any warranty on your vehicle by modifying your wiring harness or have insurance voided. Couldn't return the item, thus went to the trash. Buy another brand other than Delphi that doesn't require you to cut ot modify your wiring harness. Stay with your original plug and play harness.

Works
Installing these is a pain but that’s not the pumps fault that’s the car manufacturers fault , pump is quiet and works great

Fuel level sensor did not work with 2006 Chrysler 300
Pump was a quick and easy swap out (with correct tool), but quickly found out that the fuel level sensor was not working on the new pump. Pulled the unit back out and tested with a meter and it showed variable resistance depending on sensor position, so not dead, just didn't work on my 300 (showed empty tank regardless of float position). Easy fix was just to swap out the sensor with old OEM one out of the bad pump. Once installed, car fired right up.

Check your wiring harness
This fuel pump is working well so far. A bit of advice:The pump will come with a new wiring harness (plug). You will probably need this and do not assume that it is included for adapting the fuel pump to a non-Chrysler vehicle. The team at Delphi changed the wiring configuration to deal with a potential overheating issue (their statement).Make sure you follow their instructions and rewire the wiring harness. Otherwise, the pump will not power on when you start the vehicle. In my case the install went well on my 2007 Dodge Charger R/T. The unit seems to function normally.
