Exactly as I expected.

They taste like grass (not my favorite flavor) before swallowing, but they have not come back tasting of even worse things. Once they go, they are gone. I believe they do make some difference in how I feel. I still have aches and I am a bit lethargic, but not nearly to the degree I was prior to taking. I do not take the recommended dosage because that is designed for "normal" people and I am a small person. I try to take six a day, more than that for me has not been pleasant. All in all I am pleased.

I have been taking these for a couple months now. I don't eat a lot of fruit or veggies, so wanted a supplement. I am noticing a difference. I have more energy and just feel better in general. The down side is the taste. Basically taste like grass but i am able to get past that, just put it in your mouth and swallow as fast as you can. There is still an after taste but not to bad.

Order arrived quickly. The cost is reasonable compared to the balance of nature. Only been taking for a week so can not give an honest review yet. But the three star I gave is because the taste is terrible. If I can manage to take the whole bottle to see if I get any results from them then I will update.

This product adds greens to my diet, aids digestion, no aftertaste.

I've used this product for almost 2 yrs and recently made a major move. I wasn't able to get my scheduled monthly delivery on time and it took about a week...but I finally figured out why I felt so lousy...got online & restarted my monthly subscription immediately. Definitely has improved my quality of life in my early 60s.

My wife and I have been using this product for 10 months with no discernible benefits. Energy levels have not improved and digestion is worse than it was before starting to use the product. I have no problem swallowing the capsules but my wife finds them difficult to swallow as they are fairly large thus, you may or may not have an issue with them. They do have an alfalfa taste which I have gotten used to but my wife never has, nonetheless we have taken them religiously as directed. We are done with this product after we finish our last bottle. It provided no benefit other than depleting our monthly spendable income. I initially purchased due to the many positive reviews so it may work for you or it may just be the placebo effect for many users. My advice, increase your edible fruits and vegetables and don’t look for a quick fix from a pill, quick fixes rarely work.

The media could not be loaded. If you’re concerned about not getting enough fruits and vegetables, this is one way of obtaining that. They’re easy to swallow. The ingredients are good and I would recommend this product.
