A fantastic little touchscreen! Works extremely well with my Pi 3, but to use the touch features you need a second micro to 2 USB cable and another USB plug to power it.

今までモバイルモニターは GeChic 一強の勢いでしたが、いわゆる中華パネルが席巻し始め、価格的にも品質的にも十分な物が出回り情勢が変わりつつあります。事実、毎年6月の Computex で必ず新製品を発表、発売していたにも関わらず、2018年は1件もアナウンスがありませんでした。今回、持ち運びに便利な11.6インチのタッチパネルが発売されるとの事で即買いしましたが、蓋を開けると画質もコントラストも非常に悪いもので、カタログを見るとIPSではなくFSSという方式のパネルが採用されており、先代の1101Hと比べて品質が落ちています。それでいてこんな強気価格なのですから、買う価値もありません。すぐに売りました。中華パネルで11.6インチならこの半額で買えます。同時期に発売されている13.3インチの1305Hもアイデアは良いのですが、事実上付属の専用一体型ケーブルのみしか使えず、汎用性が全く無くなっています。また、1503Iについては26万色しか表示できず、スペックダウンなのに5万円を超える価格。GeChicをとてもひいきにしていたのですが、ここまで品質が低下すると他社より優位点が見いだせません。むしろ中華パネルの方が選択肢も多く、有名どころのノートPCでも採用されている画質の良いパネルが使われています。真面目なメーカーが出しているものは品質も日々向上しており、価格的にも安いので（Gechicに比べて）そちらを検討する方が良いでしょう。老舗のGeChicが今後衰退していくか、中華パネルに対抗できるような面白い製品を出してくるか、そのあたりは楽しみです。＜2021/3/7 追記＞レビューから2年半が経ちましたが、品質も価格も完全に中華パネルに追い越されました。中華パネルは4Kパネルなど当たり前で、価格も安い上に数年前に比べて品質がかなり向上。サポートもしっかりしてきています。

１ヶ月ちょっとで接続不良…。ただいま修理中です。補償ついててよかった。

I use the GeChic 1102I 11.6 inch FHD 1080p Portable Touchscreen Monitor as a display at the steering wheel of my sailboat. It is a remote monitor for my laptop which is running the navigation software. The screen is sharp and clear. The touchscreen is perfectly functional on Win 10 even though my laptop is not a touchscreen. Distance from monitor to laptop is 18 ft, so an active USB cable was needed for the data to transmit. The 15' limit on USB data is real! The HDMI throughput was normal with a passive 20' HDMI cable. If I could gripe about anything, it is the second USB jack that was needed to power the monitor. This was easily solved with the accessory GeChic cable and a car-charger near the steering wheel.

I can't comment on the gaming aspect hence the stars. I have physical issues that prevent me from looking down for any length of time. I have this monitor suspended at eye level over my easy chair. The 11.6 inch screen provides a perfect field of view when used as a near screen monitor, 16 inches from the eyes. The blue light filter and easy access to a warm color balance ease eye strain. Don't expect a Surface pen to work with it.
