Will this saw work on smaller diameter branches such as 2 or 3 inch diameter?

Yes it will work on small diameters, but if you put lots of pressure on pulling the saw, then it might break the tree branch from the joint. Cause 2 inch is very weak branch

Do you sell one with a shorter chain length?

Sorry currently we don't have any other sizes. But we are currently developing smaller version pocket chain. Will be available on middle of August 2020

Both of my handles broke on the first limb I used this saw on. Can you send me replacements?

The 3” maximum limb is inconsistent with their picture showing cutting what apparently is a 12”-12” limb
