Q: Can you only press the button with your thumb when holding it in your right hand? Or is there another slider on the other side for lefties?

Only one slider on one side but it works using your left hand as it does using your right hand. You slide bar with finger instead of thumb and thumb presses against back side of razor knife.

Q: Buy x1=$6 or x12=$94. Is this a byproduct of that new math my kids are learning in public school?

Love it

Very handy and convenient. Love the fact that you don’t have to be super careful as you’re not going to cut yourself. Just ordered the second one - hope they restock soon so I don’t have to use a regular knife or scissors ever again.
