Excellent addition to the home
Told the kids not to use the bathroom main switch as we have a Hue lamp in the room, which is also on a motion detector so it will light up when they come in and switch off when they leave, but as we've always told them turn off lights behind themselves, it's 2nd nature to them now, and switching that off would render the Hue unreachable. Now it can be permanently fed power, and controlled with a Hue Dimmer, and looks a whole lot better than having the original supplied hue base stuck next to the master switch!Very easy to fit, original switch is stuck to the wall by paint, so when I took out the screws is remained in its place.Popped the spacing washers on as stated in the instructions, screwed it all back and popped the cover over for a smart place to hold the Hue Dimmer.Only took 5 mins tops.

A bit bulky, but . . .
We had the remote free with a pair of coloured bulbs a while ago and never used it. When we installed Hue bulbs in the Hall, stairs & landing the switches upstairs and especially by the front door would frequently be pressed in error. Installing this and using the remote now allows for anyone forgetting to ask Alexa (Echo Flex in the Hall) to just press on/off or dim the lights.I wouldn’t have bought a remote or button to do this, but as we had one anyway it seemed a reasonable solution at not much cost.It makes the switch seem much larger, but it was easy to install and unlike some I looked at which sat perched on top of the old switch, this completely covers it so looks more professional.

Cost a bit more for what it is, bit its the best solution out there
Got these today. Installation was a breeze. Probably takes about 5 mins per switch. It is the best solution i have seen so far that doesn't involve having 2 switches side by side. Since you cant really remove the old switch as you need them if you need to reboot the connection, this hides the original switch under the Philips one.Quality is acceptable. Price is a bit expensive to be honest as you can buy a good quality 1gang switch for about £3. This only has plastic an a couple of magnets but cost around 7.

Easy fit
Top product and high quality, it took only a min to fit.Holds the dimmer switch nicely. I was worried that the magnetic connection would be weak and the dimmer switch constantly falling off/about.I will now be fitting the original philips switch mold on the other side of the Living room so whichever way I leave the room there'll be a remote base/hub.

Improvement over earlier cover plates
I had 3D printed switch covers from about 3 or 4 years ago that were decent but since I decided to add more dimmer switches I needed more switch covers and these turned out to be far better than the 3D printed ones I had, primarily because of the finish as 3D printed ones are typically not smooth due to the nature of the printing process but these are uniform and smooth. These covers integrate their own magnets so there is no need to use the Hue bracket included with the dimmers unlike the 3D printed ones I had. As mentioned earlier, are glossy and smooth and blend in nicely to any room. The screws and spacer washers included are good, they help when mounting and everything is well secured and hidden.

Impossible to remove again after installation
These switch covers are a great idea. Once installed they look great and stop the accidental turning off of the hue light at the main switch. However there is a significant design flaw:Having followed the instructions exactly, including using the supplied washers as described, I tried to remove the cover in order to tighten up the switch screws a little more. Unfortunately the cover is impossible to take off again. Despite best efforts I haven’t found any way to remove the cover. The issue is there’s no way to release the plastic tabs without damaging the wall and/or the switch cover itself. I’ve left it for now, but when it does eventually need to be removed I’ll have to cut it off so as avoid damaging the original switch and the wall. It’s disappointing as it wouldn’t take much of a design change to avoid this issue completely.

Easy peasy
Was looking for something like this after painting my house.Had previously wallpapered so didn't have an issue but needed to find something to cover the massive hole after painting and this worked perfectly. So quick to install (took less than 5 minutes) and so easy to do without having to disconnect or re-connect any exposed wires. Simply unscrew the old faceplate and use the new screws to place the Iyoki faceplate on top. Job done! Looks very clean and smart too.I hope Iyoki come out with some new products such as 4-gang switches next!

Neat, useful, but fall short on a number of points.
Having fully invested into the Hue system, I needed to hide the original light switches, and this seemed like the neatest way to do it -- way tidier than many similar offerings. However, a number of points.Firstly, there is a very slight colour mismatch between my dimmers and this cover -- the dimmers are more of a warm white, and this cover is a cooler white.Secondly, as someone else stated, once fitted they are very difficult to get off to reveal the original switches below -- you will get there, but may need to use a knife or some other instrument, in which case be very careful not to damage the plastic.Thirdly, screws were a little too short on one switch -- this was the fault of the original junction box being too deeply embedded, but a few more mm would have saved me a lot of messing around. Finally, the price -- while they are well made, at nearly £7 per cover, they cost twice as much as the switches they are covering up!With all those points considered, I would definitely recommend these if you have visitors who don't understand the way Hue works -- there are other options, but these are neat and tidy and look like part of an intended design.
