High quality, very study hammock stand.
This is a high quality, very sturdy hammock stand (hammock sold separately).Easier to put together if you have a second person. I noticed that the wood did not appear to be treated with a wood preserver. I had some leftover Thompson deck preserver and gave it 2 coats. It darkened it up a little which I like and more importantly, protects the wood from outside elements. This stand (11’ end to end) is perfect for an “Amazon” style double hammock (see my picture). If you want a larger hammock with wide spreader bar go for a stand 15’ end to end (much more expensive). I am a very active person however a recent bout of cancer and ongoing chemo is keeping me laid back this summer, I am spending a lot of time in this very comfortable hammock reading and watching hummingbirds!

Great hammock support
Product is sturdy and looks great. I have applied a couple of layers of spar urethane on the woods to protect from sun and weather before assembling.I'm a heavy guy (220lbs) and feel very safe on it.

BUYER BEWARE - hammock size is impossible to find
It is impossible to find the correct sized hammock for this stand. The one company that sells the correct size has been out of stock for months now. Every. Single. Hammock. On the market is too long for this stand. You will absolutely be stuck without finding the correct sized hammock. Trust me. I have been searching. Your body will be lying on the ground if you buy this stand. You need a 12’-13’ stand to be able to find hammocks that fit. DO NOT BUY THIS. They’re as good as firewood to me.

Really good product
It’s really big, but it does hang a bit low. Also has a single screw missing but didn’t feel like it would make too much of a difference. Happy with the product overall

Broken first use
UPDATED: AWESOME customer service! Sent me a brand new hammock stand.First time adult use was one man weight 200#. It cracked mid post within the first minutes. I’m very disappointed as I spent $200 & I’ve wanted one forever. It is absolutely gorgeous, but I’m very disappointed in quality.

Small Cracks but great overall
It looks great and sturdy! My only complaint is I’ve noticed a few hairline cracks on mine already and I’ve only had it maybe a month... hopefully they don’t get worse.
