Nice small tablets easy to swollow . Has all the usual B vits all in one tablet. Has a strong yeasty smell, which is what you'd expect from B vits. 365 tablets at one a day, so a years worth. It's an individual subject if they work how you want them to,but if you need B vit supplement then these are easy to take and good value.

Good value for the money

These are good tablets, effective too. They have a very strong smell, which permeated the whole house, so I had to get rid of them so my house did not smell of stale urine. such a pity.
