arrived today ideal for beginners, programmers alike, i have had other manuals, this the best so far, thank you, am ex-ADA programmer..

Great learning resource
Great learning resource, contains everything in one place.

Good starter, but not solely about python.
This is a great serries of books. The first 'book' is for set up only, so doesn't 'teach' much. I'm working well through it, but there are errors. Some of the code examples have errors and some of the screenshots of Code are a bit small to read, and some of the early books don't have the code available to download, which would be nice.I would recommend this for a complete beginner to python as the authors assume you know little about computers and nothing about programming. However, you shouldn't use this as your ONLY source of information as there are some bits missing I feel (admittedly, I haven't finished the book).Good book, like most dummies books.
