Trying to stick to glass and stainless steel items (to avoid plastics), is always tricky. Glass shatters easily and stainless steel is opaque.This silicone sleeve on the glass bottle is a great way to address a glass bottle's tendency to slip and shatter on impact. This is not going to prevent shattering 100% of the time, but it makes a significant difference if you are handle it reasonably. The tradeoff is worth it.About the design, all I can say is that my wife absolutely loves it. She uses this to meet her daily hydration goal and it requires her to fill it up once in the morning and another around lunch time. She has raved about it enough to the point where everyone else in the extended family wants one out of curiosity.I have one of these myself, and I like it a lot so far. The taste of water is neutral and rich at the same time. Would not hesitate to buy again or recommend the product to anyone else.

I also like everything about the company that makes these bottles!The bottle itself is easy to hold, has a cap that easily twists in place and does not leak. The motivational words and times printed on the bottle help me attain my goal of drinking 64 oz of water a day. It’s quite pleasing to drink from this glass bottle, and I find that I drink so much more water from glass than from plastic. The price is quite reasonable for the quality of the product! I will be ordering more!Now, why I love this company! I bought this bottle specifically to take it with me to Bora Bora on an extended vacation. I had only owned the bottle for about a week when I dropped it getting out of my car with too many items in my arms, and it broke upon hitting the concrete. I was so upset, however, I immediately ordered a replacement which I received in several days. Somehow with my first order, I had overlooked the flier in the box stating that this company would replace a bottle accidentally broken within the first ninety days of ownership. I emailed them and told them what had happened to my first bottle, and not only did they reply within a few hours, but, offered to replace my first bottle promptly! The email was very professional, but, personal, and I was compelled to leave a review here on Amazon about the bottle itself and also about my experience with customer service!Please give this bottle a chance, along with this company! My daughter is on the spectrum and has adhd and has a hard time remembering to drink water. This bottle has helped so much! She’s able to take it to University with her and keep it next to her when she is at home. She’s able to keep track of what she drinks and she loves the color. Unfortunately they are padded but not drop proof, so we are on our 3rd bottle. I will by more if this one breaks. Well worth it!

They are great, they are dishwasher safe with gentle detergent (except lid). Keeps me well hydrated throughout my day. They will shatter if dropped on a hard surface - the silicon is not enough to save it. The only weird thing is they include a brush that is shorter than the bottle. If you're going to include a brush, needs to be at least 15", as the bottle is 13.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to let people just how great this bottle is!!! It’s well made glass and leak proof. I love the motivation quotes on the bottle as well. This is a must buy, and I can put it in the dishwasher. To top it off- you can put hot drinks in your bottle 😊

I just received my order of 10 bottles. I haven't used them yet, but wanted to share that on the card which comes with them, there's a replacement offer. If the bottle is broken within the first 90 days of owning it, will be replaced for free. Someone else who purchased said he broke his bottle the first day he used it, he could have gotten a free replacement. Same offer for the lid if it gets mildew or cracks. My guess is he didn't know?I may update my review after some time and I've used them.I bought these with the hope that I won't need to worry about spontaneous breakage as a result of the glass expanding and contracting from temperature changes. I get cold spring water and especially during summer, the glass will then be exposed to heat. I've had a couple of regular glass water bottles break because of this, not a nice surprise. The silicone sleeves and strap on lids are nice as well, to reduce the risk of dropping.7-9-2021 - someone else wrote that the cleaning sponge they received isn't long enough. The cleaning sponges I received can be extended. Press the white oval toward handle end and pull the sponge end until white oval pops into the other cutout.12-8-2021 update - DANGEROUS...out of the 10 bottles I ordered, I know that 3 have broken. More could have and I just can't see where. These are NOT safe bottles. The sleeve prevents seeing cracks/breaks on much of the bottle. I was drinking water from a broken bottle. I contacted the company 3 days ago explaining the situation, that I'm not comfortable using any of them since they could be broken and can't tell. No reply. I know my order was from July, but companies should stand by their products. At least 3 out of 10 visibly broken, that's not a good statistic. Would give zero stars if possible. Pics show all bottles, different break patterns. The one that looks darker blue is the one I was drinking out of not knowing it was broken around all the bottom edge, can't see it at all because of the sleeve on outside. Have to look from inside.
