You seem to work well and slowly build up water in the bottom. I wish I could buy just the stuff to put in the top of the container to refill it. It helps with this musty smell in our bathroom.

I got these because they were cheap, but they do not seem effective enough for what I was trying to use them on. It is difficult to know exactly when it is time to swap these out. It feels wasteful throwing the bulking plastic containers away.I should have just gotten an air purifier.

Amazing how much water/moisture this thing collects and traps. Living in a climate where it’s consistently hot and humid almost all year round, this is a must for any small space that has little, poor, or no circulation/air flow. I currently use these for my laundry room which is a sealed off small room accessible via my outside patio, so one can imagine the type of moisture trapped hot box it can become without management. Also use these in my bathroom which had poor circulation and a fan that does do relatively anything, and finally I use these in my 10x 10 storage unit. After a few days the liquid can be seen gathering in the bottom of the one in my laundry and storage. Within a week the one in my bathroom began accumulating liquid as well. I can say that I’ve noticed an improvement in the humidity of these areas when using these moisture absorbers.
