Nice practical paring knives!
I was looking for some cheaper, but not too cheap paring knives. They have the smaller no brand paring knives in the grocery store, but I wanted something a step above that and saw these on Amazon. I know Victorinox makes some decent knives as I have a couple of their Swiss Army knives which are good quality. So I picked up a 4 pack and they arrived quite sharp and were the right size for what I wanted. They hold an edge for a while, but are easy to touch up with hone. No rust and they work great for tasks requiring a paring knife. I have other paring knives, but they are quite a bit more expensive than these are, so for tasks I would be hesitant to use a more expensive paring knife, I use these instead. Good quality for an economical price.

Sharp and cute
I LOVE these little knives and they are cute! These are super sharp and stay that way for quite awhile. I did order their simple knife sharpener, another well designed product from a great company. (I have several sizes and styles of their knives, all a delight to use) I give them as gifts too.

Kitchen knives
This little knives are really great for fruits and veggies. Not so good for cutting meat. There are the smaller blade ones on here that are excellent for meat cutting.

Still sharp like day one!
have to get these knives a five star review because I’ve I’m not used to such sharp knives and have sliced more than food on accident because they work so well! Even after washing them in the dishwasher multiple times, they remain as sharp as day one. I use them for cutting fruit mostly. My grandkids love watching me cut fruit because they get to pick their favorite colored knives!
