I received this on Sunday and took 2 of these Monday morning. Within 1-2 hours my energy was on another level. In was jumping and dancing with 2 year old!! I had been having horrible hot flashes day and night but after taking this they become less frequent and not as severe. It’s now been 3 days and I hardly have the hot flashes. I note just take 1 a day. Although I also take flaxseed oil, myo inositol and Vitex I had not noticed such a drastic difference until I took this! It’s expensive but worth a try. I just reached midlife Age and would recommend this to anyone having hot flashes!!! I have also had a higher blood sugar before as well.

I had a couple of dark spots in my face due to either aging or sun exposure but since taking this product the dark spots have gotten significantly lighter. Before taking this pills, I had to put extra foundation on the spots but not anymore, the regular amount of foundation is enough to cover what’s left of the dark spots. Also, my hair and nails have been growing a little faster than usual, i could afford to go 3 weeks with a gel mani because i didn’t have so much growth but I’ve had to get back to the 2 weeks routine. My roots have been showing faster than usual too, I have highlights and my natural Jaír color is black, so now my roots are showing a lot faster than before, I color my roots every 6 weeks and I’m ok with that but I’ve noticed they are coming out faster than before. I’m going on my second bottle I will let you know how it goes and if the dark spots disappear completely. I definitely would recommend this product.

Bought this for losing visceral fat, as I tend to carry fat there. It definitely seems to increase the amount of fat I'm losing, as I have continued to lose while taking it even though I'm eating quite a bit. It's been helpful in conjunction with a low carbohydrate eating plan. Dry spots in my skin have also gotten better while using it.

This is the most astonishing supplement and I had tried many. In one week I had my blood sugar back to normal, however when I stopped my blood sugar went back to high again (not as high but on the pre-diabetic range), so I guess I have to take this for a while (I research about vitamins and supplements and give them a try, but I'm not in the habit of finishing a bottle taking a pill everyday, but this supplement makes me feel energized and it really makes a difference, so, I guess, at least for now, I should be taking this daily. The way I see it, is to focus on the reward. If you have any serious health problem I'd say to add this to your arsenal, it was a life-changing situation for me.

As I am an active healthy individual there has been no noticeable difference in energy levels, endurance or stamina in any part of my daily activity. It would likely take years to notice any difference in skin color tone or elasticity and I'm not willing to devote years to taking a supplement that may or may not make any slight difference.

I bought these supplement because I was battling heart issues, but I came to learn that they help with visceral fat which causes heart issues. Over-weight , right. I was excited that it targeted the bad fat and not just the fat we see on the outside. It's the bad fat in the inside-the visceral fat-that needs to be targeted. It did help me. While using this product, I ended up hallucinating and my health took a turn for the worse. I ended up having to take antibiotics bc of an infection I got while taking them.. it was before this stuff was fully out of my system. I’m unsure of the extent of the damage but I have not been the same since. Mental health issues, physical health issues, etc. Lost nearly everything!!!!!!!!!The stuff obviously does something bc I noticed a big difference in my blood flow: circulation which is why I continued to take them for 2 months. Awful experience for me personally!!!!
