Last time I write a bad review but my mind has changed. The 1st one I bought was defective and the thing that plugs into the phone in the case snapped and broke first day of using it. But the new one is great has even better battery life then my phone and can charge my phone 1.5-2x their customer service is also great they saw my review and emailed me asking fir my address to send me a new one and refunded my money without me even contacting them. I looked and saw I got $50 ordering where the heck did it come from it was them refunding it without me even asking and they gave me a new one without me even asking g for it I guess I just got unlucky and bought a defective one so far this one works good but be careful how you take the phone out and put it in follow the I structures cause the one negative thing about this case is that the thing that plugs into the phone near the bottom of the case is sensitive and can break easily other than that though great customer service and great product charges it almost as fast as my charger does very impressive for wireless way better then my zizzo portable charger

Ive had this for a year now and have been very happy. There is not a big selection of battery cases for the s20 FE. I tried the other smaller one and it had a smaller battery and was more finicky about charging cables and chargers. It started well but the battery started getting weak after a few months then started to bulge. This one works better charging both the phone and battery seamlessly. It's little quirky that if you are charging the phone from the battery and then start charging from the cable the phone will charge but the battery case won't. I also think it overrates the stated power . I'd say it's about 7000mA. The battery has declined some being charged basically every night plus others I'd say about 500 charges but the battery still gets me through a day always. And remember the phone battery has wore down some too.Just recently the charging port started getting touchy. I don't think it ever fell on it. I think it's just wearing out. I don't usually charge wirelessly but I tested it when new and it was functional and as I recall a reasonable speed. I was going to go back to just charge wirelessly but now it seems very touchy and takes forever. I think a little bit of a coffee spill near the port finished it off so I'm going to buy another.1 battery a year for $50 is a little disappointing but really the case has protected the phone, my phone charging port is still like brand new and I never run out of power. It's really been great. Is it a little big and clunky? Yes but not too bad. A bigger phone that can do everything you want all the time everry time beats a skinny useless phone. With a battery pack I don't use a camera or ipod or radio or even my computer. I listen to podcasts at night while charging. Videos during the day, podcasts while gardening, browsing at night. I go to concert and don't even worry about charging. If you want the max out of your expensive phone this battery will do it.UpdateAbout 3 months ago I drove over this battery w my phone probably 2 times. And it survived fine. But part of the back case broke loose. I was planning on regluing it but just today a bunch of water dumped on me. The phone looked fine but tonight it stopped charging or being charged.Still impressed. I will buy another

It does what it says it'll do but it's pretty much useless. I bought it because I am a gig worker and I use my phone for work 10-12 hours a day on my phone. Sure it extended my battery life but the thing is extremely heavy. Making it almost impossible to hold with one hand for a long period of time. Product is useless if I can't use the phone while it's charging.

Just received the battery case yesterday. I've been using the case for about 24 hours. Prior to purchasing the battery case, I read the critical reviews that some customers posted and thankfully I'm not experiencing any of the flaws others have had to deal with. So I'll go ahead and list off some pros and cons for any readers who are interested in the case but still hesitant on buying due to reviews.Pros:1.Battery case chargers the phone at a reasonable speed and with a wireless charger or USB type C cable, you can charge both the case and your phone. Thats great if you know you're gonna be without a charger for awhile.2. Overall quality of the case is what you would expect from a 3rd party distributor. The case feels nice in the hand and doesnt have a lot of bulk when placing the device in a pocket.3. I've searched endlessly for a battery case that would support the S20 FE and im glad to see Newdery support this phone. Newdery also allows a 12 mo warranty that covers their devices but unsure what qualifys for the case to be replaced? They also attached a small card in my package with a QR code directing me to their social media page and asking to like/follow. In return, a additional 3-months added on the 12 month warranty.Cons1. Even though I explained the case feels comfortable in the hand, the black matte finish can at times feel slippery and will leave fingerprints. I believe a Lovehandle grip would work well to help the user have a better grip but a pop socket may turn your device into a brick. I have not dropped my S20 FE while it being in this case and could only imagine it being detrimental to the case and phone due to a type C port being hinged directly into your phone.2. When using the S20 FE and charging the case simultaneously, the device does get warm to the touch. Its not enough to leave you a 3rd degree burn but i recommend not using high demmanding apps and utilize yohr device care app that is prebuilt into your phone. Dont expect to receive fast charging from the battery case neither. Like i said, the recharging speed is reasonable for the average user.3. I love the idea of the extended battery life, but 10,000 may have been overkill. If youre someone who uses your phone every second of the day then yes this is absolutely necessary to have. If you are like me and notice by the end of the day youre seeing battery percentage between 35-45% then this case doesnt really benefit you. I believe Newdery deleivered well but overshot the necessary amount of battery in the case. I believe a 4,000 - 5,000 would have sufficed for the average user. With thag being said, a smaller slimmer design could have been implemented which would have a more ascetic appeal.I hope this review helps you decide on your purchase! Ill keep this review updated over time and let y'all know if i find anything else to share.Update:Just returned from keywest FL for vacation and decided to use the case for most of the visit. Battery life died on my phone very quick when I wanted to video everything in UHD 60 FPS so having the back up battery back helped out a lot in times of need! The most I used the case was when finally winding down at my hotel laying in bed checking emails and watching some YouTube and was able to leave my phone charger in the bag for two days straight! I would honestly say I could get more then 2 days of battery life from this guy if I wasn't using such demanding apps during my vacation. I'm going to be using this case next week and will update this post to let you all know how a normal work week goes when using this case!PS. Something I forgot to mention in my original post that I want to share with everyone. I use my s20 FE Battery saving capabilities to the max! This means I always have phone set to low power mode (Device care settings) heres a list to really maximize your battery life on this phone!1. turn off always on display2. decrease brightness by 10%3. Screen timeout 15-30 seconds4. Turn off wifi, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS when not using5. Turn off your wifi and Bluetooth scanning. Found in location settings6. Limit widgets and turn off samsung feed when swiping to left7. Delete unused apps or put them to sleep/Deep sleep8. Check which apps use up most of your battery by checking battery status in your device care app9. Turn off 5G if enabled10. Limit your 120Hz to 60 Hz refresh rate11. Using dark mode and using a dark ambled wallpaper helps!12. Turn on do not disturb mode and adjust the settings to where your screen doesn't turn on for every notification13. Turn off sync or at least use sync 2-3 times a day.14. Turn off your vibration for all notifications15. Have phone restart automatically 1-2 times a week16. Turn off edge panel unless you actually utilize this feature17. Turn off features such as lift to wake and animations when unlocking and animations for notifications18. Keep your phone updated! That means Google security, Samsung updates, and app updates19. Turn off your Bixby and Google assistants unless need for accessibility reasons20. *bonus* disable apps or hide them if you wanna make your phone feel more minimal and less crowded! Download a app call all apps is useful! You can store all your applications in this folder app! This is great if you want to utilize your device care maximum battery saving option which limits everything and disable most features! When this setting is enabled your home screen is limited to 8 apps, 4 of which can't be removed or adjusted on your home screen. The four apps you choose can be the ones you use the most but if you use all apps folder application you can access your entire library while still maximizing your battery life!
