It does its job perfectly well and I have no complaints. It does seem a little pricey but you get at least 4 uses out of it. It’s really just citric acid so you can probably get the same results with a homemade citric acid mixture.

The media could not be loaded. Works great. I use it for my Nespresso machine to clean it. I used to order from their website and would pay double for a one time use. So I decided to check out amazon and different brands. I compared the ingredients and everything matches, it provides me with the same use as the one I used to order from Nespresso double the price for a single use. It is easy to use, and a great value for the money. I will order again. You receive 2 bottles 8fl oz and each can be used 2 times. So out of the 2 bottles you will get 4 uses. Usually descaling is done twice a year, so I am good for 2 years. Saved money as well while using this product.

did a good job of cleaning my machine

When I read the "12 month supply" on the label I thought that this is amazing deal. It's not true at all. The two bottles last for 4times descaling the coffee machine. If you drink coffee once a day, every day, then you have it for 4x cleanings every 2-3 months. Good product, because replaces well the branded version, but the label and advertisement are misleading!

I live in an area with public water. The water is very hard and all of my coffee makers and tea kettles get calcium deposits making them look very bad. Tried this in a electric glass tea kettle that had terrible buildup of white film. Followed the directions and to my surprise the film was gone. Rinsed and the kettle has been free from buildup for about a month when the film began to come back. It says to use every 6 months or so. Well with the water I have I will be using this much more often. 5 stars, for doing what it says but minus 1 star to my towns water.
