I take this product daily, I also try to eat yogurt every day so the combination of both works well for me. The tablets are small and easy to swalow.

The concept is great, after doing a little more research I discovered that only taking one type of probiotic will just cause an unbalanced. Invested in bio kult everyday which includes them all.
