I use this as a preventative agent to avoid the accumulation of clots. It is an enzyme that has a very long history of effectiveness in China and Japan.

Not effective. I ordered this when I was unable to get bulouke, and found it was less effective. I now have an extra unopened bottle I’d love to return rather than throwing it.
