Sending wrong fragrance 2 times!!
I’ve ordered this 4 times till now and I was very happy with Gugal fragrance however, since last 2 times whenever I order Gugal they end up sending me Mogra and Mogra fragrance is too much to handle/ worst. I don’t know what’s wrong with people handling orders they send the wrong stuff and if Gugal fragrance is out of stock then don’t show it as available and send Mogra instead that’s really stupid..

Broken dhoopsticks
I have used products from the aroma factory and they r good but this one I was highly disappointed with.All the sticks were broken ....not even a single dhoopstick was unbroken ☹😡

The price has increased quite a lot.
The stands enclosed in the bottles for the sticks have a very narrow hole. The sticks don't fit in it and hence useless.
