Great for ballet dancers and Pilates enthusiasts
I am a ballet and fitness instructor and I bought this to use for my dancers. They love that I’ll cut off a length for them to take home to practice and stretch and strengthen with. I like the feel of the non-latex much better than the latex bands, and they smell less weird too. I find that the roll lasts me longer and is more cost effective for how I use it with my students. I also took a step up from the RED strength to the GREEN and it’s just enough, but not too much more. I like to learn new ways to use them for strength and flexibility for my dance and Pilates students by watching videos on YouTube and by reading articles on my favorite dance teaching blogs.

69 not 75
I just received my order of 25 yards of theraband gold. It’s my understanding that 25 yards is 75 feet. But when I just finished measuring it (I wanted to cut 15-5ft bands) it only turned out to be 69 feet (which yielded 13-5ft bands and 1-4ft bands...and the last one broke). I still like the product, but it’s disappointing that I didn’t exactly receive what I paid for.
