How do you get the liner off?

I use makeup remover to wipe eyeliner liquid, and then clean it.This is very easy for me.

Does the liner "grab" the magnets as you put them on, or is it weak?

You simply place it over the liner and it will stay, but you do need to let it dry well so that it can stick well. I usually place the liner about 2-3 minutes before the lashes so I finish my make up while it dries.
