Can you keep this on and still close the top?

So I just installed it on my 2018 JKUS and it is certainly not the easiest thing to do but yes you can put the freedom panels on after installing. Just have to remove the three short bungees to access the mounts. Be careful with the front clamps as the handle could puncture the shade if it hits it with enough force. I’m assuming this shade is not made to be easily removed as I had to remove the corner trim on the windshield and the speaker pod to get the bungees around those bars.

What is the % of UV protection?

Not sure. Go lay under a trampoline. Same material. It will give you an idea

any one have trouble getting the top center holes to line up

I don't have a hard top but mine line up really closely it's pretty flexible, it's one of the best items I've bought for my jeep

It's mesh. So no. But it doesn't let much through since the holes are really small. It doesn't get damaged getting wet either. It's great for the price. But if it rains you'll get wet. Jeep life.
