Helps remove soreness!
I put 1/2 to full bag in warm bath and it helps remove soreness and reduce swelling. Very helpful. Scent is relaxing. I use about 3 bags a week.

I love this product for my self and my kids put it in your tub and it not only relaxes you it helps with muscle aches after work or from playing sports another thing i do with it is if i have a headache i put some in the shower and breathe it in with the steam and my headache will go away
