Amazingly strong and highly effective. What I love the most about this machine is that it leaves almost no debris outside of the bin which makes it very easy to clean and reload trash bags easily. Also it has no downtime, so I do nit have to wait when doing the big jib. Unlike many other brand I used so far, this is the best.

My $200.00 shredder is better than this one. It jammed immediately, and you can't get it unjammed without digging it out with tweezers. I thought I maybe put too much in so I tried it again and a couple went through, but it jammed again and again and again. Now I am boxing it back up and sending it back. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Bought this shredder a few weeks ago. The bin for the paper came broken. Tried to get support from the manufacturer, who made like they were going to help us. Then reneged and tried to sell us a spare part, instead of supporting their product. Terrible support from this company.

Shreds right through paper even with staple. Large trash compartment which allows you to shred without having to dump out every time you use it. Has auto shut off which is great to save power and pull out bin helps keep the shreds from getting all over the place. I have had it for a few months now and if it was a bit cheaper I would buy another for my office. But you get what you pay for and I see this lasting a long while.

This machine is a work horse. It is a little expensive, but is money well spent.

The video shows that this shredder has an external oiling system but mine did not have it. There are a couple places on the inside of the door shaped like maybe some bottles were supposed to be there. THEY WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORDER as I expected them to be.I used it yesterday on the day of delivery and found that the machine does really operate very quietly. I like the performance and only hope that it is dependable for a long time. I hope it doesn't go out next week/month/year or that I have to send it back for repairs. I know how tricky it can be waiting to get something back in a timely fashion - especially when it is pivotal to your business.

Initial impression:. Used it continuously for 3 hours. It's like a teenage boy at mealtime. You just can't feed it fast enough. The only thing slowing you down is emptying the hopper, which I did 8 times for a Staples storage box of paper. Two quibbles - the hopper full light comes on when it is only half full because the paper doesn't get packed down. If you push the paper down, you can go on. The hopper could use some sort of handle or notch on the bottom to aid in emptying it into a big garbage bag.
