Is this not the real product? I see all these reviews saying it’s not?

I left a video review about the lip mask. I’ve been buying it for a few years now from Sephora and just recently discovered (on Prime Day to be exact) that Amazon sells it as well. I was so excited as the Berry flavor which is one of my faves was on sale for 16. I bought that and then wanted to fry limited edition Mango, and also purchased the pink lemonade for my daughter as that is another fave of ours. Well the Berry came first and after I opened it I noticed the smell was weaker than my other two jars. I thought maybe it was a one of situation. Then the Mango came in(mango/pineapple scented anything is my number 1) and I opened it up and BARELY smell anything at all. I was SO disappointed about this one. These are not cheap at 25 a piece so I thought for sure there had to be a mistake. Had I not of gotten the Berry one as well I would have thought maybe it was normal, but then again all the scents we have and we have 4 of them smell delicious. However I will say the Pink Lemonade came in smelling great. I don’t write reviews on here often let alone video reviews, but that is how disappointed I was. I’m not saying these aren’t the real thing, I just question why one has a much fainter smell next to our other Berry ones and why the Mango barely has any scent at all.

What’s the difference between the gummy bear scents? It looks like two different brands.

I ordered the gummy bear. Smell is great. Brand is the same. Laneige makes several amazing scents.

How does this differ from a lip balm that I’d typically apply before bed? Facts, not opinions, please!

It costs more! Not to different otherwise. Nivea lip balm is still the best one.

Best lip mask ever!

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask is a game changer! I apply a small amount at night, and by morning my lips are soft, plump, and hydrated. The texture is rich but not sticky, and a little goes a long way. The scent is mild and pleasant. It really helps with dry, chapped lips. Totally worth the hype!

Perfect for dry/chapped lips

I started using it in 2023. And now after trying two tiny ones, finally felt like trying the gummy bear one and wow! It smells exactly like grape juice. Love the texture. The applicator is just a gimmick so that it looks cute and people will buy the bigger one. Believe me, I got the bigger one because I wanted to try one with applicator and i just used it once or twice. Apparently ended up using my fingers when in hurry.So if you're buying a bigger one just for applicator, don't buy it. Go for the smaller one, you can try different flavours as well.A small tube comes a long way. I used my tiny ones for almost 8 months each, this big one might come for over a year.Regarding lip care, definitely a 10/10 because I have super dry/chapped lips and it has worked like magic on my lips. In two applications it was smooth and healed. Now after using it for a while safe to say that my lips are naturally pink and plump.Holy grail product!

Neutral stand on effective; bit pricey

It’s been few months since I started using this lip mask but I do not see/feel any specific effect. When applied the texture feels like vaseline. Mild aroma is good. Gives good coverage with even little product. For the effect may be need to wait and see.
