I received all but one character

I’ve been a mini enthusiast for a long time. I print, I paint, I make terrain. I’m no stranger to assembling miniatures either. With that said; I will NEVER be able to wrap my head around some miniatures companies making parts SO unnecessarily small!! I thought that Marvel Crisis Protocol was bad! (Attach Crossbones and Iron Mans FACES to their HEADS anyone? Why!?) But these miniatures are on a small ler scale than that. Wulfgars weirdly positioned arm is freakin IMPOSSIBLE to attach to his HAND HOLDING THE AXE. Why is this not ONE piece!?Also, don’t get me started on scale. I have several Gale Force miniatures and they aren’t necessarily in scale with each other. Strahd is TINY compared to many minis.I haven’t gone through everything on the sprues yet but I think I’m missing Bruenor’s shield too! (Which probably could’ve been part of the torso but whatever 🙄)

Having read the first couple trilogies, I was delighted to find this set. Beautiful detail and figures, only down side is they are just a little larger then regular minis, but still wonderful for a collection.

I ordered this thing, and apparently there is a second sprue solely for Wulfgar. It wasn't in my first order, so I returned it for a replacement... wasn't in the replacement either. Quality control is non-existant.Edit: went for one more return. Third time, still no wulfgar, despite the instructions explicitly saying there is a second sprue. Garbage company. Safe to say, its a waste of money.

I did not like the lack of information about how unassembled it was. I got it for my game. I would not have ordered it if I had known this before.

I was shorted one of the characters, supposed to be 6 characters and I only got 5. Now I have to spend the money on another set in order for it to be complete. Very upset about this

The picture is not what you get. You get encased plastic that you have to remove from the casing and then you have to assemble. Worse, you can't see all the bad reviews to figure out if you should buy them. So my adult son who experiences developmental disabilities was duped. He bought a different set that was just fine - little figures already painted.
