Love love love this so many fun patterns and so easy to use so many cute images and a lot of cool fonts super easy for me to use and I’m super new into embroidery highly recommend

I tryed on my computer, my embroidery machine and took it into my sewing store and nothing is on the stick.However because my husband threw the package out by mistake this company will not let me return it.Never again will I trust this company.Bad vibes for sure

Decided to try these. The quality of the designs look great, however I cannot get any of them to transfer to my baby lock ellegante 2 machine. I don't think it's a problem with the designs, but could be I just don't understand how to transfer them.

It is a great product however it would be better if a booklet was available (in a file or (((section)) printable if desired) that would show each of the images ,which would also be cauterized by size and type.. example like a folder listing of all animals say that are 2"x2" and another folder with animals listing of animals that are 3"x4" etc..or another example is if it was cartoon characters' like bugs bunny listing of folders where images of bugs bunny would be found. As it is difficult to know where to find the image you really want to use on a project unless you have used it before or spend hours looking for the file you want to use.. however it is great to have a lot of images available for any project

Purchased this product.. when I received it..says if open..no return...how do you know if the product is good if you don't open? It would not work in my computer...yes, time went by and I kept trying and then got a different computer 🖥️ not working in that...I called Wilcom.. for tech support and they asked where I purchased it..I said Amazon...they don't sell it on Amazon...🤔..I called Amazon to report and they reached out to seller.. Seller would not do anything because it was opened...Amazon was very nice and helped me out... the package the product came in looks like some one made a copy of another...???
