Complete kit. Three colors are lovely. The pour is just right.

Worst poor paints on the market
These are far too thin so when you’re doing a cup pour they sit on top of one another instead of going to the bottom to mix properly which results in a really messy brownish pour. I also added silicone to this and got absolutely no cells which tells me that the paint is far too thin for the silicone.
