Bought for a piercing that has been flaring up on and off for months. The spray fixed this with just a few days of use and it is fully healed now and no longer painful at all.

My curved earring had turned upside down, so I turned it back but it really hurt when I did so.By the next day the top of my ear was red, swollen and painful. I needed a spray cleaner to cleanse effectively as i couldn't negotiate the edge of the piercing at all as it was so swollen and sore. I only got the spray 2 days agoI have used it a few times in that time. My ear is no longer sore or swollen, but I will continue to use the spray for a while to make sure. I don't normally write reviews but this spray is so gooood! I first got it to heal two helix piercings that wouldn't settle down - my piercings were inflamed and I had those big red bumps on my ear. I was wondering if I'd have to abandon the piercings because I was worried it would never heal. But this stuff has been a god send! It really does work. I'm now using it to heal a septum piercing and would recommend it to anyone looking to heal a piercing.Also, if you look at the ingredients, it's not just salty water like some of these sprays. The ingredients promote quick recovery. I don't really know what else to say - buy it and you definitely won't regret it. I'm on my second bottle at this point.

Worth noting, this is not a 'sterile' version saline. The pump application by design sucks air back in before the next pump. If your piercing is brand new - avoid this and search for a sterile alternative. However, this does clean already healed piercings.

I had a pretty complicated re-piercing of my nipple, I had removed the bar for an MRI whilst I was unwell in hospital and in a few days it healed. I went back to the piercing shop and he said its going to be tricky and refused because of likely infection. I got a second opinion and had the piercing and invested in the Base Labs piecing after care spray and its made the healing very quick, its easy to use and made the whole process so smooth. The reviews on here are mostly great and compelled me to write another 5 star review its an absolutely fantastic product even a week in I am healed and pain free. Thank you
