These are a fantastic product. Once you understand the size fitting installation is a breeze. Simply slide tube over handle, pull cord, done. Rubber material is grippy and feels great. Be careful not to buy to large of a size. Most of my DIY hammers used the small size. If in doubt buy the smaller size. Highly recommended.

These grips have a nice feel and are easy to install. The only gripe I have is that if you use it on a handle at the lower end of its grip range it doesn't shrink enough to get really tight. The handles I installed these on have a slight curve at one side as they make a 90 dg turn. The grip is nice and tight on the straight section but did not shrink enough to be tight on the start of the curve. I trimmed it so it stopped before the curve became pronounced but it wasn't able to tighten over the last 1/2 inch where the handle starts to curve. My handle fell in the range of 2 sizes so I opted for the larger size to be on the safe side. If you're faced with the same dilemma it's probably better to go for the smallest size that will fit.

This was used for my handbrake that is a hand lever in between the seats. My handbrake is made with cheap slippery plastic. It became an issue to constantly slip off the handle so many times, that I employed this idea. Originally used for landscape rake handles and such..... I found that this installed rather quickly, easily and with great results. I am more than satisfied with the result. A strong BUY !!

Was kinda worried this wouldn't work, but I'm a Believer Now. I've seen others people review about it's hard to apply, but I had no issues with it. Yes it may take some force at first, but once you get it going it's easy. The quality is good, fitment was outstanding, and you will definitely have a good grip on whatever you put it on.

The sizing descriptions are a bit off. The first one I purchased was too big, which means I wasted $10 as there is no way to use it once you've pulled out the middle core. The 2nd one was a perfect fit and seems like it will last a long time.

I ordered two to re-grip a wheelbarrow with 1” handles. The grip easily slid over the handle but it was downhill from there. I’m reasonably strong but I couldn’t pull out the plastic coil more than about 2 1/2’. The more coil you pull out the harder it gets as the grip shrinks. I attempted to finish the job by pulling the coil from the other end but had the same issue. I now have a lump of coil in the middle of the grip with strands running to each end. If I made a mistake somewhere I sure don’t see it at this point. My hat is off to those reviewers who found the process “easy”. If not for the install issues the grips seem like they would be fine. I plan to send the non-installed grip back.Update: I sent back both the used and unused grips along with a note explaining the above experience. The original shipment did have a warning that refunds would not be issued if the individual packing had been opened. Sure enough I was not refunded For the opened item. The problem is that how would you know how tough the installation was going to be until you tried? For this reason I would be wary of purchasing this product although for whatever reason your experience may vary. I’ll continue my search elsewhere.

Its a really good product easy to install and all but ive installed it on my hammer and tested it out. I came to the conclusion that it gets really slippery when dust goes on it, specially with gloves on. Maybe if there would be a design on the grip like a diamond shape or anything it could help ! Thanks
