No stank and great quality
I really don’t smell any fish oil at all. Like maybe the faintest scent. My super picky Chihuahua even eats it in whip cream. And he hates fish! Among a multitude of other things 🙄 Definitely didn’t think he was going to eat it but he did! If you figure out the dosing with a little help from ChatGPT, it’s worth it to get the bigger bottle. The tiny one is such a rip off in comparison of how much you get. But just be careful because the 8 and 16 ounce bottles are higher potency than the small breed bottle. I’m using it for two small dogs, a Chihuahua and Pomeranian. 1.5 ML for my Pomeranian because he has some itchy years/itchy skin issues. 1.25 for my Chihuahua, he’s pretty much fine except for the occasional itchy ear. for reference, my dogs are 10 and 11 pounds. This is the only fish oil my ORAGINC FILLER AND SYNTHETIC FREE trusted vitamin brand “ The pet health and nutrition center” recommend. Side bar-You should definitely check out their website because their vitamins are so much better than anything else on the market, organic, filler, additive, and artificial ingredient free, and include glandulars/probiotics/liver detox. And they’re incredibly affordable! I’ve seen a night and day difference with giving them their vitamins and their colostrum, along with this fish oil supplement. Great Skin/coat, improved mood and agility, healthier stools, more energy, better breath, stopped paw licking etc. We only get our babies for a short time, but we are their whole world. They deserve the best! May your sweet fur baby live a long and healthy fulfilled life.

Best stuff ever
If your dog has dry skin or even just a dry coat. I guarantee within one week your dog will be feeling better no itching anymore. I use it for all five of my Chihuahuas. Their coats have never been softer if you live in a dry area. They don’t mind the taste because I don’t think there is much to it. They do have one that is called flavored and they completely hated it. But they are Chihuahuas and they are very picky. But this stuff is the bomb.

Buy it!
The media could not be loaded. My puppy has been using these drops since May and the noticeable improvement of her coat is amazing. The drops have made her coat very shiny and soft along with the great health benefits she gets from them. I’ve ordered two bottles and both came packaged well with no leaks or damages. The first bottle was smaller and came with a dropper for administration. The second larger bottle came with no dropper which I thought was weird (that’s why I gave it 4 stars). Make sure to read the box THE DROPS NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING! It’s a great product and worth the money. I attached photos of my puppy’s coat 2 months after using the drops.

Really nice to hear our vet uses the same product!
This is my 5th time re-purchasing and I’ll continue to do so. I have 3 small dogs and they’ve all done great on it, no tummy issues. Our current vet uses the same product for her furbabies so that’s always a really good thing to hear! I’ve purchased the larger bottle but opted for the smaller one this time because it comes with a plastic dropper included. Easy to read label and dosage instructions. Came sealed and no leaking issues. Wonderful product!

Glass bottle, poured not pumped, no fishy smell
Comes in a UV protected glass bottle vs. plastic. Is poured not pumped. Contains only wild, sustainably fished anchovy and sardine oils preserved with dl-alpha-tocopherol, a synthetic form of vitamin E, a fat-soluble vitamin with potent antioxidant properties. Does not carry an NASC label but is third party tested for purity. It’s processed in Norway, distilled for purity under standards (according to the label) that surpass international standards, specifically the European Pharmacopoeia and World Health Organization. The company will provide you with a certificate of analysis if you request it.You can take advantage of overnight shipping when temps are cooler to avoid the oil being subjected to any extreme heat in transit. The bottle I received in 10/2022 has an expiration date of 4/2025 if left unopened. After you open the bottle, you must keep it refrigerated and use it within 90 days. When you open the bottle there is not even a hint of fishy smell. Just smells like oil. Can be given with your dog’s food or by itself. The 8 oz. bottle and the 16 oz. bottle contain the same formulation, that is, 1 teaspoon (5ml) = 736 mg EPA/ 506 mg DHA. The 8 oz. bottle gives feeding directions for medium to large dogs weighing between 20 lbs.-79 lbs. the 16 oz. bottle gives feeding directions for 79 lbs.-111+. If you have a larger dog but don’t want to buy the 16 oz bottle in case your dog won’t eat it, take a screen shot of the ‘Suggested daily use for dogs 20-100+ lbs.’ on the webpage so you’ll know what to feed your giant breed and buy the 8 oz. bottle instead. You won’t have to deal with messy unreliable pumps but pouring from a large bottle can be imprecise. Accidentally over-pouring and giving your dog too much oil can lead to GI disturbances, flatulence, diarrhea. If you have a small breed, dispensing from an amber glass eye dropper bottle might be an option. Our 100+ lb. Rottweiler will need 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per day. An eyedropper would be too tedious. We opted for a small 5.75 oz. ‘2 Pack Oil/Vinegar Cruet Glass Olive Oil Dispenser Bottle’ (sold on Amazon) with a drip proof spout. A small amount of fish oil can be poured into it from the larger bottle for daily use. The larger bottle stays in the fridge, is opened less frequently to prevent exposure to air/light/oxidation. The small, daily- use cruet, also refrigerated, is not UV protected but exposed to little light-only when the refrigerator door is opened. The spout makes it easy to control the pour onto a teaspoon and stir into his food. We got a 2-pack so that at the end of 90 days we can wash one cruet and air dry while starting fresh with a clean dry one.Does it work? Don’t know yet. We’re introducing using the same process as if we were changing his food-a little at a time and monitoring for GI disturbances. And after we work him up to full dosage, it will take about 6 weeks to see any effect. So, TBD…

Nordic Naturals changed the packaging to be less consumer friendly
Good product but they changed the dropper with a cap to a plain dropper that is messy and inconvenient. It must have been a cost saving measure. As others have said, I will try to find a product that has consumer friendly packaging.

Picky Dog Approved, Odorless
All 3 of my chihuahuas immediately ate their entire bowls after I opened this, showed it to them, and added it to their kibble (normally they are extra picky and wont eat any supplements or meds). It smells like nothing! Vet recommended, too.
