Hi, not explaining myself well! is the backlight, on the halo, bright enough, so i don't need to turn on the bedroom ceiling light on?

If you only want to see the computer screen and the area around your keyboard the answer is yes. It won’t light up the room

How does this impact video conferencing? Does it light up your face or leave it in shadow?

Depending on the angle it will either not affect anything (just lights your desk) or you can angle it towards you a bit and it lights up your face quite nicely

Is the screenbar compatible with logitech c920 webcam?

I have a Logitech 920 perched on top of the light bar and it seems steady enough. Just fully extend the clip on the webcam so it lies flat. I have my monitor on a monitor arm and the webcam doesn’t move even when I’ve adjusted my monitor.

I have a dual monitor setup. Will 1 on a single monitor suffice, or will I need 1 for each monitor?
