These definitely work but they are hella expensive! These are for when you get a sport on Christmas eve or the day before a wedding, not for regular use just because of the price.

Amazing for under the skin spots, definitely worth the money!

I used two patches overnight and was pleasantly surprised by a considerable reduction in the swelling and redness of the spots. They were still visible on bare skin but disappeared with minimal make up.Rather expensive but can't argue with the results. Better than any spot cream I've ever used.

This didn’t work, at all and actually made my skin worse. I’m not sure where the positive reviews are coming from honestly. I had a nasty pimple and put one in the daytime and took it off around 6 hours later when the needles disappeared. The pimple looked red, angry and it didn’t take any of the gunk out. I tried it over night to see if that may be better as it would be on for a longer period of time but in the morning it had actually fallen off and gotten stuck in my hair, and then when I tried again another night on my pillow! Can’t recommend these at all. I’m going to stick to my normal pimple patches.

I had high hopes for the ZitSticka KILLA acne patch, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype for me. I did notice a slight reduction in the size of the spot after using it overnight, but nothing dramatic—and definitely not the kind of results I’d expect for the price.The microdart technology is an interesting concept, and it might work better on early-stage spots, but for me, the difference was minimal. For the price, I think there are more affordable acne patches out there that perform just as well or better.Wouldn’t repurchase, but it wasn’t a total letdown either.

Everyone gets those under the skin spots they hurt and they are annoying . You put one of these bad boys on and it’s not only a sigh of relief but it works!! The micro dart penetrates into the spot and kills it I would say I use these for two days and if I’ve got a under the skin spot after the second day the pain has gone and it’s gone down 60/70% no waiting 3 or 4 weeks it’s gone with in a few days. Remember though do pick at spots leave them they will heal faster .

Great product will stay on all night and be unnoticeable. Clears up spots quickly even on sensitive skin and is gentle to remove and easy to dispose in the bin.
