Firstly this Laptop looks so classy. If I am talking about features It has excellent feature and display is superb but I am facing a little heating issue, So not recommended for gaming and heavy use. overall its a pretty good laptop.

I Iike this laptop 💻Looks:-1-it is so thin and good looking2-it built quality is out standing3- Mat finishing color gives beauty to it.Performance:-1-intel-EVO is out standing performance2-And additional Ram and SSD will help to give better performance3-Camera is so clear and it definitely defeat Mac.4-It can't generates heat to compare other laptopsMy personal statement:-If you don't like Mac book or (if u r Apple haters like me) ,Samsung galaxy book pro doesn't disappoint you.over all I love it

Brilliant laptop with touch screen
Wanted something small, light weight with touch screen and super fast. This was perfect at the price. Got it for a great price with cashback during the offer period. Very satisfied with the connectivity options as well. The day after I purchased it, the cost went up by 20K (no idea why).

No Service? Why sell laptops in India?
I bought this laptop on 23rd of March. Had seen someone use it, liked the looks, config and weight so decided to buy it thought was more expensive than an Apple Air.Worked wonderfully for roughly 10 days before it went pppphhhuuutttt. Won't start????Called Helpline, was given a service centre address. On reaching the centre, I'm told they don't service laptops.Called Helpline again. Was connected to a service engineer, was instructed to carry out some exercise, didn't work. Was assured that someone will come over to my place with in 24 Hrs. It's been 10 days and no call from Service engineer.Have mailed customer service thrice, have spoken to call centre four times, always advising me to have patience and that I'll be called by an engineer soon.Again, assured that my appointment was being fixed for Tuesday (Day before), but no call????Why is Samsung selling products in India if they can't service them???Am contemplating going to the Consumer Court now...

I was very much skeptical about it as the product is new..but after receiving the item I am very much satisfied. It's awesome ..if anyone have daily work in laptop ,definitely it will easy ur work and make it fun to to execute it .

It’s good but could be better.
The battery life as promised is not the same, max goes for 6 hours.The touchpad gets stuck sometimes.There are no challenges as per the performance
