The bottle reads: contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten corn, soy, dairy products, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives or ingredients of animal origin. All I can tell you is it helped me immensely in overcoming Gastritis.

Q: Isn't this a lot of zinc? twice a day is 32 mg, well above fda guidelines.
