Q: Does this only fit with Hally products?

You can use it however you like if the measurements work. There is nothing special about it other than the measurements line up to allow it to stand on top of their tables. No special bolts or fittings though.

Q: How does shelf attach to table? There are 2 holes in each bracket, but no hardware or instructions were included.

There are two right-angle brackets at the bottom of the shelf. You only need to place the bracket on the table to fit it, no screws are needed

Q: Is the table middle shelve adjustable?

Yes, of course you can! You can adjust the height of the middle shelf freely to meet your needs.

Q: Is the second shelf a galvanized?
