It’s soft and doesn’t weigh a ton. the size is perfect. No smell when it arrived or after being frozen or heated. It’s comfortable to lay on. It doesn’t stay cool for 60 minutes for me though. Even if I leave it in the freezer overnight. I’ve heated it a few times as well. It worked and stayed warm for some time.It’s easy to mold around any part of the body and works really well for my kiddos. It seems to be really durable so far! I love the little cards it came with too!Overall, I think the design is great and I’m glad I chose this one for my moist heat for pain.

Works Great and stays warm for a while too! There is no smell to it but if you put your nose result on it, you might smell something. No Leakage. It's a moist heating pad, so you'll get a little moisture from it but that's did to the heat only. Not too heavy either. Works great. It's wood enough that it chives from hip to hip. So it's perfect. I like it and I'd buy it again too!

This product is best used as a hot pack. As other purchasers have stated, it doesn't work as well as a cold pack, even after being in the freezer for many days. Other than that, the product is very nice used for moist heat. The fabric is soft, the color is pleasant too.

They have all liked them.Buying these as a gift for someone very special to me.They are better than hot water bottles.A lot easier to use and the heat penetrates well.As a medical professional I wish that these would have been available years ago.Follow the instructions that come with them and do not overheat them.My set that are 6 months old have been used frequently and still work like new.

Not bad. They are easy to heat in the microwave and get hot after only a couple of minutes. They are extremely hot for about 5 minutes and lose effect after only 10 minutes.
