Easy to install, looks fab on the side of our pub.

This is the second one I have bought. The first lasted three years until the wind blew it over which, frankly, is not bad as this is a windy place. I had to paint the last one as my wife didn’t like the shiny aluminium. This time I ordered one in black. Bad mistake. The components are shipped nestled inside one another and the extra thickness/roughness of the paint meant that the pole sections were impossible to separate. After trying to hammer them apart, twist them apart (with jam jar lid openers) and even use boiling water, I resorted to taking them to the garage where they had a heat gun which eventually freed the parts. End result, the pole is a bit battered and has peeling paint so overall not very impressed. I’ll try a different company next time.

Very good and well made much better quality than the ones I've had before easy to assemble

It worked for a while but then the plastic part that rotated perished in the sun and broke apart. The small circular bit where the carabiner that goes through the flag attaches to. This part needs to be aluminium. If they sold a replacement for this the rest of the purchase could still be used.

Easy to install. Using it to hang a bird feeder, not a flag. Works perfectly for this off-label use!

The flag pole and its installation pieces worked out easily and safely. There are choices on color of the pole, for which we selected the white to match with our house siding. But don’t be fooled by the picture of the pole. It may look slender and sleek (it is), but it definitely is heavy and durable. Be careful when putting it up while on a ladder. If you’re using your one hand for balance on the ladder, you’ll need some strength to handle the pole and flag when putting the pole in its bracket with your other hand. But it’s well worth the price.

These poles will work well in the parades we participate in.

Flys well on the beach in high constant wind. Is fragile when pushing in on the diameter axis. So be careful mounting.

UPDATE: After posting this review the vendor reached out to me. I told them I purchased replacement tangle free spinners. They apologized and refunded me the amount I paid for the spinners. That is wonderful customer support. I highly recommend this vendor. I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the support I received.I needed a sturdy pole for the front of my home. The block I live on gets very windy at times. I have gone through two pole mounts and three poles. The plastic mounts snapped in the wind. Even the aluminum one I had cracked. Previous poles, wood, aluminum have either snapped of bent.So, I purchased a new mount, heavy duty, hoping it can withstand the winds. So, I am trying this Stainless Steel pole in hopes it holds up better than previous poles. Well, so far, the pole is holding up, but the additional Tangle free spinners are not. The flag is tangled all the time. The spinners no longer spin freely. I have only had this for a little more than a week and the spinners are garbage already. I am deciding whether I am going to return the entire package or try and find tangle free add-ons as a separate purchase. Either way, if you want tangle free, this is not the item for you, it doesn't last.
