HOLY GRAIL PRODUCT
My holy grail product now! I have used the clear and black. Both are the only thing that keeps my lashes curled! The clear can leave a bit of a white/off white cast on the end of your lashes. The black does not do this (probably because its tinted) I actually started using this in place of mascara because it works so well. Also the only product that doesn’t give me raccoon eyes. Has to be removed with an oil cleanser, my face wash doesn’t work. I do use a lash serum so I would note that my natural lashes wouldn’t look quite as good with this because the art short and sparse. Have an incredible and affordable one from amazon

Holy Grail for Straight Lashes – A Must-Have!
The media could not be loaded. If you have super straight, stubborn Asian lashes like I do, you need the Dr. Mascara Fixer from Etude House in your routine. This little tube may look simple, but it’s an absolute game-changer when it comes to holding a curl and adding volume.I use it before applying mascara, and it acts like a primer that locks in the curl from my lash curler. Normally, my lashes fall flat within minutes—even with waterproof mascaras—but this fixer holds the curl all day long, even through heat and humidity. Not only does it keep the curl in place, but it also adds a subtle lift and volume that gives my lashes a fuller, more defined look. And it doesn’t clump or make your lashes feel crunchy, which is a huge bonus. If you’ve struggled with your lashes refusing to hold a curl, especially if you have straight or downward-pointing lashes, this is the secret weapon you’ve been looking for. I don’t wear mascara without it anymore.

It works but hard to remove
I have very straight lashes. This definitely helped curl them and hold. But it is hard to take off.

Holy Grail for asian eyelashes
I love clear mascaras since it’s a really easy and natural look for every day wear, but clear mascara always falls flat with my asian eyelashes (even if they’re fairly long). So when I found this, I was ecstatic. I realize it’s a primer, but I love wearing it by itself. I’ve worn it for a while, so here are my opinions.1.) I’ve used this with my Peripera Black Cara Long Lash mascara and it makes my eyelashes looks so long and full. The only down side is that the primer can make the eyelashes look somewhat clumpy, so I would recommend layering the two lightly for a feathery look. A tip is to warm up the mascara with body heat before applying to make things smoother (I shove mine in my bra before I put on makeup haha)2.) In regards to wearing it by itself, it can hold a curl so well and make it look like I’m not wearing mascara. However, it can make almost a flakey look after so long, so if you wear it by itself, be gentle through the day (though, it’s best you do that regardless)3.) I genuinely am in love with this primer so much. I have long, stubbornly straight asian lashes, but light and small bottom lashes. When I apply this to both sets, it makes my shy bottom lashes stand out and compliments my top eyelashes.4.) Like all good asian mascaras, this should be removed with an oil cleanser/balm/micellar water. I HEAVILY discourage attempting to remove the primer/mascara without it. I had a lazy week and left the primer on without washing it off and it lasted on my eyes for 3 days until it was completely gone. Study up on proper makeup removal!5.) I agree with most comments that the tube and mascara wand is a weird application combo, but it’s not a deal breaker. The tip of the wand can get a lot of product on it, so just wipe it off the edge and you’re good to go.I can’t recommend this stuff enough. I thought I was fine with my peripera mascara (which I also love immensely) but this just unlocks a whole new realm of natural makeup. It’s SO worth your money!

buy elsewhere
this isn't going to be about the brand, but Amazon's crappy quality control. I'm a big fan of Etude House and wanted to volumize my eyelashes(I've bought different brands and they helped out), so I got this. not only does the bottle feel empty and hollow--it actually is. I had to squeeze from bottom to top, and only a dime-sized amount is left at the very top. a dime. that is tiny for this kind of bottle. so I'm pretty sure they're recycling their makeup without refilling...which I wouldn't care if they had higher standards. but they don't. if you value quality and decent product, buy this elsewhere. :/ you won't regret it.

Created clear length, that mascara would not stick too.
I purchased the white tube of this primer. It’s an odd product. It does make lashes longer and hold a curl. However, the length it created was almost clear. I could see the length in a magnifying mirror. I also make it difficult for mascara to stick to lashes. I applied multiple types of mascara in an effort to see the length yet none of them would stick or darken the lashes. I may try the Black formula, but I don’t think it’s the same formula. The description states it’s a wax based product, as opposed to the white which is a gel. The wax may be counter intuitive and weigh down the lashes.

Keeps my lashes curled
This is a great primer and pairs so well with my Curl Fix mascara. It keeps my straight lashes curled all day. No drooping! It is a bit difficult to remove but the Banila Clean It Zero followed with my regular cleanser does a good job of removing the primer and mascara. Love this primer.

Like Superglue for Your Lashes (In a Good Way… Mostly)
This stuff is not mascara — it’s commitment. I wear it instead of mascara because it lifts, darkens, and freezes my lashes in time like some kind of K-beauty sorcery. Zero smudging, zero flaking, and absolutely no quitting.Downside? It laughs in the face of makeup remover. Like, full villain origin story. You will need a dedicated eye makeup remover and possibly a support group. Once it’s on, it’s there till the end — of time, or at least your patience. But for lashes that stay curled and flawless through heat, sweat, tears, and the collapse of civilization? Worth it. 5 stars. Would sell my soul again.
