I love these fiber gummies and they are FSA eligible. They do seem to help keep things moving. The flavors are nice. I have purchased multiple times and will continue to do so. I’ve tried many other brands and these are the best! They come well packaged and are not ever stuck together. They are easy to chew and dissolve easily. I find they are a good value for the money!

Really like this product before meals. Helps keep satisfied and keeps me from getting stomach aches. Fiber + protein are both essential! I mix and blend this with my protein and PCOS supplements (ovasitol) and it is really smooth and drinkable in a blended drink. Overall best fiber I’ve had as I find psyllium husk too granular and hard to drink.

Easy to swallow coming from someone who hates pills. The taste was management and the price is great!

The first few times I took them I got relief from my daily constipation and I thought I had found a product that I could take. However, along with the relief came a lot of vomitting and alot of nausea. So I cut back on the number of pills I was taking, but then I didn't get the refief for constipation, but still had the the vomitting. I quit taking the pills and the vomitting quit too. So I have determined that there is something in the caplets that I can't take and I have quit taking the pills all together.

This was really gross. No matter how I tried to prepare it, it was thick and clumpish. I used blenders and then it would just kind of clog back up. I followed the directions and measured accordingly. I purchased this because I had a gallbladder surgery and I wanted some good digestive enzymes and probiotics to put back into my system. I've had nothing but almost instantaneous diarrhea every time I used the product. This has been a horrible experience for me and personally, I would not recommend it. Unless of course your desired outcome is instantaneous diarrhea

Will be ordering my 2nd bottle in a couple days! These have helped me tremendously with bloating and stomach relief! I eat them as directed and it makes moves almost instantly! No smell and it taste pretty good! My stomach has been down since eating them consistently. Gots to be consistent for it to work!

The powder is fine tasting, but it will not dissolve well at all if you just put it in 8 ounces of water. No matter if I shake it or blend it or whatever it just doesn’t dissolve so I have to put it in a smoothie and sometimes you don’t want a smoothie every day.

I have recommended these to my friends and family and have reordered for myself a few times. They keep me regular without weird side effects and the probiotics are a plus.
