I find taking a lot of supplements boring. I do take Metamucil daily. Even though I eat a lot of salad and fruit, I find this is a helpful habit. The flavor is a bit different but not objectionable.

Works really well. Taste is good. But even if you go to drink it right away it always creates a glob at the bottom of the glass. So if you don’t like drinking viscous liquids try the pills. Otherwise I think it’s good and has already helped with regularity after two weeks.
